WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Each of our facilities is equipped with an office that’s open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
WHAT ARE YOUR ACCESS HOURS?
You can access your rental anytime you wish. All of our facilities provide storage units with 24 hour access, 7 days a week.
WHAT IS DRIVE-UP ACCESS?
Great question! Drive-up access is what allows our customers to park their vehicle in front of their unit instead of having to park it outside of the property. Therefore, they can start loading or unloading their items with the least amount of effort. This feature is sure to make your move much more efficient.
DO I NEED TO DRIVE THERE TO PAY MY RENT?
You sure don’t. With our online bill pay option, our customers can manage their account from anywhere with an internet connection. It doesn’t matter if you’re at home or travelling; you won’t have to drive out here unless you actually want to.
WHAT IS A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED UNIT?
